Topic of the project: sport activities for youth

Project objectives:

We want to ptovide youth with:

• introduction to non-traditional sport games that can be presented to young people in order to increase their excitement and involvement in physical activity
• knowledge, skills, and attitudes to promote and create physical activity events – focused on non traditional sport games
• introduction to holistic lifestyle approach for wellbeing (nutrition, recovery, movement, mental health)
• ability to develop teamwork, leadership, discipline and other skills and values in youngsters through various activities oriented on physical, social, and mental health
• space to share best practices from their own realities opportunities to involve youngsters with fewer opportunities in social life through sport.
