Topic of the project: change management

Project objectives:

• To introduce the main principles of Change Management in relation to youth work during and post-COVID 19.
• To explore how creativity and flexibility in times of change can be used to tackle arising problems and create innovative solutions for working with target groups.
• To provide youth workers with specific tools of creative problem solving and decision making.
• To create a space for youth workers to try out gained knowledge and skills in practice, and create their own practical solutions relevant for their organisations and target groups.
