OBJECTIVES:

To find partners and network
The main aim is to help participants connect with others from different organizations and backgrounds. It’s a space to share ideas, methods, and tools and to find partners with similar goals for future projects.
To share useful management and educational tools and resources
Participants will exchange tips, tools, and materials that have been effective in their own projects and organizations. This sharing will allow everyone to discover new and creative ways to improve education.
To plan future projects together
Participants will have the opportunity to brainstorm and develop ideas for high-quality future projects that can be applied for and implemented as a follow-up to this activity. Depending on the group’s needs, we will work on different types of projects within Erasmus+ Youth.
To exchange good practices and experiences
Participants will share their successes, challenges, and lessons learned in project creation and management. This exchange will provide everyone with practical insights for their own projects.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE:

18+ years old;
an active member of NGOs and organizations working in the field of youth education/ project manager / youth worker / trainer;
enthusiastic and motivated to join the project 🙂;

➡️ Accommodation and food are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.

➡️ Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the travel limits and our reimbursement policy.
