Topic of the project: non formal education and facilitation

Project objectives:

• To enhance NFE skills of youth workers;
• To give ability to asses the needs of the target group and deliver the desired impact;
• To introduce practical tools and methods for designing, facilitating and evaluation of educational activities;
• To help youth workers develop and test own educational modules in front of a group;
• To give participants practice in feedback, empathy, coaching and communication skills.
