Erasmus+ Training Course “Expedition Skills for (Youth) Educators”

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

To improve participants’ skills in expedition leadership and safety, helping them plan and lead multi-day outdoor activities while focusing on risk assessment, safeguarding, and good group management.
To develop practical knowledge related to navigation and logistics, including route planning, equipment organization, and preparing expeditions in a more sustainable way.
To support participants in practicing inclusive outdoor facilitation, creating outdoor learning spaces that are accessible, youth-centred, and based on respect, participation, and trust.
To encourage recognition and dissemination oflearning by using Youthpass and by co-creating simple educational resources that can share knowledge and good practices after the training.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE:

18+ years old;
an active youth worker / NGO worker / youth leader / trainer / teacher or looking to work with youth in the future;
enthusiastic and motivated to join the project 🙂;
currently living in one of the projects partner countries (check the infopack for details).

➡️ Accommodation and food are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.

➡️ Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the travel limits and our reimbursement policy.
